About Me
Trish Wiebe has spent the majority of her career working alongside and learning from chiropractors and fellow massage therapists. She has participated in many different sports as an athlete and a massage therapist, including hockey, kickboxing, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball.

Trish has a passion for helping others, and her love of learning new techniques and therapies helps her accomplish this. She believes that getting one’s body balanced and strong is key to overcoming pain.

About Me

Kathryn graduated from McKay Massage and Hydrotherapy College in 2009.  She then went on to become a Certified Aromatherapist in 2013, working with the New Directions essential oils in her massage practice.  She also includes myofascial cupping, RAPID, pregnancy massage, deep tissue and swedish massage in her practice at Innovation Wellness.  Kathryn continues her education so she can help her clients reach their goals in good health.  She has completed her continuing education to receive her certification as a Dietary Supplement Consultant.

About Me

Elizabeth is a Full-Time Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). She graduated in 2016 at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. Since then she have been working at Innovation Wellness & Massage Therapy. Elizabeth is trained in; Remedial and deep tissue Massage, myofascial cupping and RAPID Neurofascial release (RAPID-NFR), which she incorporate into my treatments depending on the needs and preferences of the patient. As of February 2019 she received her certificate and designation as a **RAPID specialist**. Elizabeth finds RAPID treatment very effective and beneficial when it comes to resolving pains/aches in the body.

Elizabeth loves her job and prides herself at being an excellent communicator, empathetic listener and upholds the highest standards of discretion and professionalism at all times. She enjoys working with people and helping them through their pain.

About Me

Nicole graduated with her Diploma in 2018 and is an RMT with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) Association.

Prior to her massage career Nicole worked with Non-Profit Organizations, she truly loves working with people. Nicole’s aspirations for becoming a massage therapist came from her interest in helping people as well as her own experience with pain relief though massage therapy treatments.

Nicole has a passionate ear for listening. She addresses the body with an integrative approach; understanding not only the pain but the person as well.

About Me

Sam graduated with distinction from the U of S in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. she went on to study massage therapy and has her Diploma in Massage Therapy from Axiom Career College in 2021

Sam is an active member of the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).

She was a competitive gymnast and is still involved in the sport to this day as a competitive coach for trampoline. She has a passion for sports and dogs. 

Sam is looking forward to helping others achieve their best selves in a pain free body. 

Sam plans to continue her education as an RMT through her techniques and exploring other massage modalities through specialized courses.

She takes a holistic approach to therapy by listening to and assessing each piece of the puzzle to take the best approach within her knowledge.

 Ashley primarily focuses on deep tissue and therapeutic.

She incorporates a movement based therapy called RAPID neurofascial reset, myofascial cupping, stretching and active release into some her treatments to achieve the best results.
