Late Policy
If the client arrives late for a scheduled appointment, the client will receive treatment for the time remaining and will be charged full price for the booked appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All clients must cancel no later than 12 hours prior to receiving treatment. If the client fails to give 12 hours notice, he/she will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked appointment.
No Show Policy
If the client fails to cancel or show up for a booked appointment, the client will be charged the full amount for the booked appointment which must be paid prior to receiving further treatment.
